Newspaper & Magazine Tear-Sheets

As a photojournalist work has been made in London and in the Netherlands.The images shown here are tear-sheets, therefore in context, of some regular published work that appeared almost daily in Amsterdams National newspaper Trouw and in other magazines and newspapers over the years. One of my favourite commissions was to document and make portraits of the Readers who were judges from Trouw's annual Peoples Book prize.My approach was a composite one, creating panels that involved a series portrait of person, place, environment. Additionally I was fortunate to have my own column over 30 weeks documenting the currency change or De Wissel (pun intended) from the Guilder to the Euro.
